Primary Substructures

No two substrates are alike. Ecolite’s horizontal and vertical primary systems can be adapted to any construction situation. From bracket geometry and profile thicknesses to fastening techniques, every component is defined on a project-by-project basis. This results in structurally sound and cost-effective solutions for all project requirements.

Secondary Substructures

Every facade presents different challenges. From hanging solutions with integrated functions to factory-preassembled elements and heavy-duty and custom systems, Ecolite’s product portfolio covers the entire spectrum. A wide variety of profile options and tailored adaptations minimize the number of fastening points and optimize load transfer.

UB System

The UB system for the concealed fastening of cladding elements has a proven track record and has been continuously refined for at least 30 years. With integrated migration protection, height adjustment, and the ability to decouple the bracket position of the primary system from the panel spacing, it sets new standards.

PreFab System

System PreFab is the factory-preassembled version of the secondary substructure: The clips and support profiles come as a single unit and are attached to the cladding. This allows large-format and heavy elements to be fastened invisibly and with fewer substructure attachment points.

PreFab Solar System

The System PreFab Solar primarily installs tall, large, and heavy photovoltaic modules on the facade in a completely invisible manner. The linear SSG adhesive bond stiffens the module, and the pre-assembled load-transfer bracket supports its own weight.

System OM

The versatile Omega and Z profiles from System OM reliably accommodate almost any type of cladding. They are designed to work with Ecolite brackets , are factory-finished, and are available from stock in various widths and depths. Custom parts are delivered to the job site pre-assembled and ready for installation.

System PT

System PT is the Omega variant designed specifically for plaster base panels in two-layer UK systems. Because the panel format requires a tight profile grid, a slim, lightweight, and cost-effective profile is possible. External channels facilitate the installation of connectors, and the available installation depths are tailored to the most common rear ventilation widths.

System KA

With the KA system, panels are mounted invisibly and precisely to the facade. Each panel can be aligned individually, various joint widths are possible, and individual elements can be easily replaced in the event of damage. The panel remains resistant to buckling because it does not need to be unclipped from the sides.

KA Solar System

The KA Solar system integrates frameless photovoltaic modules equipped with backrails into the facade, utilizing the proven technology of the KA system. The modules are securely mounted without rattling, can be easily folded out for wiring, and remain precisely in position at all times.

System SZ

System SZ is a globally established standard for composite panels, particularly for horizontal applications, and Ecolite offers it in a significantly wider variety of profiles than is customary. This includes, among other things, a set of profiles with an 85° bend to allow water to drain from the back, keeping the visible surface free of drainage marks.

System GH

The GH system holds glass or photovoltaic panels using linear glass supports and is particularly well-suited for parapet panels. Ecolite provides the right combination of profiles and rubber for every glass thickness. This ensures a perfect fit even with PV modules of varying thicknesses.

GH Solar System

The GH Solar system uses clips that are adhesively attached to the module at specific points rather than continuous backrails. This Ecolite in-house development requires significantly less adhesive, aluminum, and mounting depth, yet still offers full functionality.

ProdEx System

The ProdEx system is a linear, hidden tile fastening system. What makes Ecolite special is that the same profile system can accommodate a wide variety of materials and thicknesses—from 4-mm aluminum composite to 8-mm ceramic and porcelain tile, all the way up to 40-mm natural stone—as long as they can be slotted on the front edge.

System RA

System RA is a framing system for composite panels that encases the panels on all sides, thereby allowing for large spans without additional support. With Ecolite, this is achieved in a single layer: a slim design that is easy to install and features a visually seamless joint pattern.

ZF System

System ZF is a substructure for three-dimensional ceramic and brick elements. The mounting system remains completely hidden, enhancing the natural aesthetics of the facade. Ecolite manufactures the profiles and hooks specifically for each project, tailored to the geometry, weight, and length of the elements.
