Precisely machined, numbered, and assembled elements reduce material consumption and waste, simplify logistics and handling, and speed up installation. Prefabrication at the Ecolite plant is particularly beneficial in situations where space or infrastructure on the construction site is limited.
Profile Editing
Following planning and structural design, Ecolite implements the specifications through precise profile machining. Profiles are cut to size and assembled on a project-by-project basis, tailored exactly to the facade grid as ready-to-install packages. This eliminates the need for cutting and drilling on the construction site, significantly reducing installation time.
Welding
With qualified welders and certified processes, Ecolite assembles profiles, brackets , and custom components to meet specific project requirements. The result is precisely fitting, load-bearing components that are perfectly tailored to the facade system and enable quick, safe installation.
Pre-assembly
Profiles, brackets , and fasteners are pre-assembled on a project-by-project basis, clearly labeled, and organized into units ready for installation according to the facade grid. This reduces coordination efforts and potential sources of error on site and enables a predictable, rapid installation.
