Trust Fosters Entrepreneurship

Ecolite stands for technical precision, Swiss engineering, and a passion for constantly reimagining things.

Executive Management

The family-owned business is led by Samuel Bregenzer. Working alongside him are Roman Brun, Nick Diethelm, and Nicola Brennwald: three long-time employees who share responsibility on the executive board. They know the company inside and out and are committed to the same approach: solution-oriented, pragmatic, and collaborative. Together, they create space for new ideas, encourage initiative, and share knowledge and success with everyone involved.

Our Approach

As the technical market leader in support systems, Ecolite combines engineering, development, and manufacturing into a comprehensive, high-performance offering. Its Swiss heritage provides a level of flexibility that is unique in the industry: short communication channels and full control over the entire value chain. Every idea, every solution, and every action is aimed at delivering tangible added value for customers, partners, and employees. As a complementary partner, the company tailors its services to specific requirements, supports the workflows of facade contractors, reduces the workload on the construction site, and makes projects more cost-effective and easier to plan.

Our Foundation

Samuel Bregenzer, together with his father René, launched the family business in its current form in 2012 and has since continuously invested in the further development of the systems and the expansion of production. The company has grown without compromising on quality. What has remained the same are the way of working and a culture of personal responsibility, which provides the freedom to make independent decisions and actively help shape the company. With the expansion of the executive team in 2025, Samuel Bregenzer distributed responsibility among several people and structured the organization so that it can grow alongside new challenges.

Our Commitment

Social responsibility is deeply rooted at Ecolite: René Bregenzer’s personal commitment led to the co-founding of the “Liechtblick” association, which helps people facing difficult circumstances enter the workforce. Samuel Bregenzer and his team continue to embody this philosophy and support people in a wide variety of situations—whether it’s returning to work shortly before retirement, starting over in a new country, or working despite physical limitations. Ecolite is convinced that social commitment and economic success are not mutually exclusive, but rather reinforce one another. In 2021, Ecolite received the This-Priis from SVA-Zürich in recognition of its commitment.
