ZF System
Invisible. Tailored to each project. Precise.
In the ZF system, secondary profiles with adjustable hooks are mounted on a vertical primary structure. Each element is hung individually and can be removed again; springs press it into place and prevent lateral movement and rattling. Mounting is done exclusively at the front, creating a sleek and clean appearance; the completely invisible suspension system allows the natural aesthetics of the three-dimensional ceramic and brick elements to shine through unimpeded. Above all, however, the ZF system is consistently tailored to each specific project: Because every brick geometry is different, Ecolite uses its own calculations to develop suitable profiles and hooks, precisely matched to the geometry, weight, and length of the element. For each project, up to 30 different types of fasteners may be used, and their type, number, and position can be planned by Ecolite according to the architectural requirements.
