System RA
All-around. Single-layer. Large-scale.
System RA is a framing system for composite panels that encases the panels on all sides—including the top and bottom edges—allowing for large spans without additional support. A combined vertical layer consisting of “ bracket ” and profiles forms the load-bearing framework; the horizontal secondary profiles—slotted at the ends and stepped—are threaded into this framework. This elegant solution, which has proven itself over decades, is an Ecolite specialty and is used exclusively in a single-layer configuration. The result is a slim installation with full structural integrity.
Because the profile runs in both directions, it creates a visually seamless joint pattern without the need for an additional joint profile. The RA System is particularly well-suited for larger industrial buildings and gymnasiums, as well as for vertical panel formats with narrow, tall panels.
