PreFab System
Pre-assembled. Multifunctional. Precise.
The PreFab system secures panels completely out of sight. Pre-assembled clips are mounted on a vertical support profile; these clips can be slid along the profile and locked in place at the desired height. The profile is either bonded linearly to the panel or slotted on one end and threaded into a support frame. The linear bonding provides ample bonding surface area to absorb wind loads, while the pre-assembled load-transfer bracket supports the panel’s own weight when necessary. Because the clips do not twist and lie in a single plane, the result is a structurally sound solution that also guarantees constraint-free installation. As a heavy-duty system, it can also support large and heavy panels—such as large-format glass—with minimal substructure and a wider grid, meaning fewer fastening points. For every project, Ecolite can verify the load-bearing capacity through component testing and structural analysis.
