Primary Substructures
No two substrates are alike. Ecolite’s horizontal and vertical primary systems can be adapted to any construction situation. From bracket geometry and profile thicknesses to fastening techniques, every component is defined on a project-by-project basis. This results in structurally sound and cost-effective solutions for all project requirements.
Secondary Substructures
Every facade presents different challenges. From hanging solutions with integrated functions to factory-preassembled elements and heavy-duty and custom systems, Ecolite’s product portfolio covers the entire spectrum. A wide variety of profile options and tailored adaptations minimize the number of fastening points and optimize load transfer.
PreFab Solar System
The System PreFab Solar primarily installs tall, large, and heavy photovoltaic modules on the facade in a completely invisible manner. The linear SSG adhesive bond stiffens the module, and the pre-assembled load-transfer bracket supports its own weight.
KA Solar System
The KA Solar system integrates frameless photovoltaic modules equipped with backrails into the facade, utilizing the proven technology of the KA system. The modules are securely mounted without rattling, can be easily folded out for wiring, and remain precisely in position at all times.
GH Solar System
The GH Solar system uses clips that are adhesively attached to the module at specific points rather than continuous backrails. This Ecolite in-house development requires significantly less adhesive, aluminum, and mounting depth, yet still offers full functionality.
