Challenge
The customer wants a solution that is visually very appealing, permanent, but inexpensive. The implementation of the façade, consisting of a regular arrangement of rhomboid elements, uses flush-riveted ALUCOBOND® plates.
Solution
A detailed structural analysis makes it possible to design the type and layout of the primary substructure very efficiently. A structure consisting of two interconnected omega profiles of different depths forms the basic framework for the facade panels.

Primary substructure made of aluminum H-brackets s and horizontal angle profile pieces.
Secondary Substructure: Precisely tailored, pre-assembled Omega profiles, one of which is custom-designed for the project to connect the diagonal Omega profiles horizontally.
