Facade Material: Tile and Plaster Backing Panels
Challenge
The task was to design a substructure in such a way that the two surfaces could be easily and securely fixed to the plaster base panels. It had to be possible to safely transfer the relatively high dead weight against earthquakes.
Solution
In addition to the standard brackets and profiles for plaster support systems, fields of approx. 6 m² were formed and secured against earthquake loads by means of special brackets .
Ecolite Systems in Use
Thermo H-brackets k-2-80, Thermo V-brackets k-FP-2-160 (seismic reinforcement), angle profile 45x50x2.3 mm (MM) with profile connectors, 35 OM omega profile with profile connectors.
