In the Schwamendinger Dreieck development, the glass-fibre concrete elements had to be fixed to wooden element walls for three residential buildings. A new, black anodised support profile was developed, which allows two panels to be hung on one profile. This solution also eliminates the need for additional horizontal joint profiles, as closed panel joints are desired. This reduces not only the material costs but also the installation costs for the contractor to a minimum. This is made possible by a special panel geometry that requires fewer fasteners on the panel side than usual.
