The Challenge
The new concrete building combines ceramics bonded to compact facades with fields of Photovoltaic active elements. Both surfaces should be flush with each other.
The thermal values are ambitious, the available construction depth allows little.
The Ecolite Solution
For the Photovoltaic active fields, stainless steel spacer screws have been used due to the compact insulation.
A fold-out substructure system with painted support profiles is used for the vertically aligned PV modules.

These Ecolite products were used:
Stainless steel spacer screw type Eco-HF-M/C with associated omega profile, KA-Solar system with SSG-bonded backrails.
