The Challenge

The cladding consists on the one hand of plaster base panels Sto-Ventec with an abrasion and on the other hand of limestone panels as 30 mm thick plinth cladding, as 100 mm thick bench, as window sills and glued 20 mm panels sanded K220.

The substructure should be designed without thermal bridges.

 

The Ecolite Solution

The various required substructures are planned in such a way that material use and installation costs remain low, dilatations are possible without any problems and an efficient installation process is guaranteed. This requires good coordination between the brick supplier, the planner and the executing facade builder.

A detailed statics shows the possible weak points and leads in the end to the use of optimized specialbrackets.

 

Ecolite Products

These Ecolite products were used:

Thermo H- and Thermo V-brackets, angle profiles, Omegaprofile system OM of the construction depth 25 mm, single and double support profiles UB of the construction depth 25 mm, agraffes of the type V2 as well as special brackets made of aluminium.
