The Challenge

The renovation of the existing building aims to shine visually by means of three-dimensional elements made of glass-fibre reinforced concrete (GFB) and at the same time meet the latest thermal requirements.

The substructure should be designed in such a way that installation on the building is as simple as possible.

The Ecolite Solution

The interior of the horizontal GFB elements from Stahlton consists of conical aluminium frames. These carry linear agraffes and are pre-assembled position by position in the factory.

The horizontal supporting profiles on the wall side are all on a single level.

To ensure that maximum insulation performance is achieved even with small installation depths, special brackets with 20 mm Thermostop underlay is used.

The primary substructure consists mainly of HV-brackets and angle profiles. System UB: Single and double support profiles of various construction depths as well as prefabricated support frames with type V2 agraffes.
