The Challenge
The client wants large-format, voluminous, three-dimensional elements made of ALUCOBOND, which form horizontally oriented parapet elements on the one hand and standing pillars on the other.
The substructure must be designed without thermal bridges. The space around the construction site is very limited.
The Ecolite Solution
To ensure smooth logistics, the elements are delivered to the construction site flat-packed and are only unfolded on site, where they are glued and riveted together with prefabricated crossbars made of aluminum profiles. This eliminates the need for costly transportation and prevents any potential damage during transport. The finished elements can be stored on site and then handed over to the installation team.

These Ecolite products were used:
Primary substructure combined from Thermo H-, Thermo V-brackets and angle profiles. System UB: Support profile 17 mm and a continuous agraffe profile FS at the glued-in yokes of the façade elements.
