The Challenge

The client wishes to use large stone parapet panels combined with vertical column cladding of anodised extruded aluminium profiles with the same external appearance as before.

The substructure must be designed without thermal bridges. The subfloor has in part only a low load-bearing capacity.

The Ecolite Solution

Special Ecolite H-brackets is used, which takes into account the high dead weights of the subsoil, which in some cases does not have such a high load-bearing capacity.

Vertical omega profiles are fixed to the horizontal profiles in the rear ventilation space and horizontal suspension profiles for the stone slabs are installed at the top and bottom.

For the pillar cladding, object-specific aluminium profiles have been drawn, which can also be installed in the entrance area to form continuous walls with the same appearance.

Ecolite Products

These Ecolite products were used:

Primary substructure made of Thermo H-brackets and angle profiles. Vertical omega profiles as well as the ProdEX system, split for the stone slabs as secondary substructure. New anodised aluminium profiles.
