The Unimail building at the University of Neuchâtel is the first façade in Switzerland to be almost completely clad with solar modules. The 950 m2 façade surface, consisting of 1500 elements, was realised with a newly developed Ecolite substructure.
The renovation of the façade, which is in need of renovation, is part of Neuchâtel's energy strategy and is one of the largest (real estate) investments in the canton of Neuchâtel. Ecolite AG is proud to have made its contribution to this huge project.
