Working with people who have an eventful history behind them and an uncertain future ahead is part of our DNA. Nevertheless, it was a challenge when we were first confronted with the possibility of offering a person with a pending IV disposition a work training for a period of six months. After careful consideration, we took the risk and have never regretted this step to this day. On the contrary, we have now had the opportunity to meet four people who have stayed with us and are now part of the Ecolite AG team.
